Favini has found a way to reuse wine production waste by enhancing them as a precious raw material for the production of high quality ecological paper Crush Grape.

The by-product of barley processing is dried and micronized in the mill of Favini’s production plant in Rossano Veneto (Italy) and becomes a raw material for paper production.

Crush, created from the creative reuse of agro-industrial by-products, enthralled the famous chef Carlo Cracco who chose it to add a green element to his product packaging.
